GSEP Adds New Partner
The partnership of Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer, LLP, is proud to announce the addition of Miranda K. Owens as a partner in the law firm. Ms. Owens has been with the firm since 2005.

Ms. Owens received her law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2004. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2000 and a Master of Accountancy in 2001.

Ms. Owens is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Kansas. She is a member of the American, Kansas and Topeka Bar Associations as well as the Women's Attorney Association of Topeka and Junior League of Topeka. Ms. Owens practices in the areas of tax, estate planning, probate, and tax-exempt organizations.

GSEP  Welcomes New Associate
Ryan P. Hellmer has joined Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer, LLP, as an associate attorney. His areas of practice are primarily business and transactional law and health law. Mr. Hellmer was the primary revising author of Health Information Management: A Law and Practice Manual, Third Edition.

Mr. Hellmer  graduated cum laude from Benedictine College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education in 2005. He received his law degree from the Washburn University School of Law in May 2009 with a Certificate in Business and Transactional Law. Mr. Hellmer  is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Kansas.
