Cody G. Robertson received his law degree from the Washburn University School of Law in December 2006 with a Certificate in Business and Transactional Law. In 2002 he graduated with honors from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Writing and Publishing with a minor in English Writing.
Mr. Robertson is a member of the Kansas, and Topeka Bar Associations, as well as the American Health Lawyers Assocation and the Kansas Association of Hospital Attorneys. He has authored a number of articles on health care related issues.
A 2010 graduate of Leadership Greater Topeka, Mr. Robertson is also involved with a number of civic and charitable organizations including the Topeka Active 20-30 Club, the Topeka Rugby Football Club, and membership on the Board of Directors of the Topeka Performing Arts Center.
Mr. Robertson joined Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer, L.L.P. in December 2005 as a law clerk. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Kansas and the federal court for the Western District of Missouri. Mr. Robertson's primary areas of practice are business and transactional law, commercial litigation, health law, and construction law.
