Nathan D. Leadstrom is a partner with Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer, L.L.P. Mr. Leadstrom first started with the firm as a law clerk in 1999. He graduated magna cum laude from Washburn University School of Law in 2001 where he was an author of two articles and associate editor of the Washburn Law Journal. Mr. Leadstrom also graduated magna cum laude from Pittsburg State University in 1998.

While working with Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer, Mr. Leadstrom has revised, updated and edited Health Information Management: A Law and Practice Manual © 2000 Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer, L.L.P. and Consent Manual © 2000 Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer, L.L.P. He co-authored A Practical Guide to HIPAA Privacy Regulation Compliance © 2002 Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer, L.L.P. He has also written articles and presented seminars on numerous health care-related subjects.

Mr. Leadstrom is admitted to practice in: Kansas (2001); U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas (2001); U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri (2002); and Missouri (2003).

Mr. Leadstrom is a member of the Kansas and Topeka Bar Associations, the Sam A. Crow Inns of Court, the American Health Lawyers Association, the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Kansas Association of Hospital Attorneys. He has served as Vice President (2002-2003) and President (2003-2004) of the Topeka Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division.  Mr. Leadstrom has previously served as a Director for the Topeka Area Chapter of the American Red Cross and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Kansas, Inc.
