Goodell Stratton is pleased to announce that Samuel R. Feather has joined the team from serving as the Deputy General Counsel: Chief FERC counsel at the Kansas Corporation Commission.
He has practiced in the areas of administrative law, oil and gas law, and public utility law. At Goodell Stratton he will focus on Corporate and Commercial Law, General Civil Litigation, and Insurance Law.
He received his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2012. He also holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University and a Masters in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Feather is a member of the Topeka, Kansas, and Energy Bar Associations and Kansas area Defense Counsel. He is admitted to practice before the courts of Kansas and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
