Goodell Stratton is pleased to announce that Susan L. Mauch has our team from her position as a partner of the firm Cosgrove, Webb & Oman.
Ms. Mauch has represented clients in disputes arising out of employment rights, statutory interpretation, contracts, real estate, wills and trusts, and divorce, and before numerous regulatory agencies.
Ms. Mauch earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1989 and her Juris Doctorate in 1991; she was admitted to bar in April 1992. She has served as a member of the boards of directors of the Topeka Bar Association, Downtown Topeka Rotary, and the Topeka Ronald McDonald House, as well as participating as an active member of Junior League of Topeka, Inc.
Ms. Mauch is admitted to practice before the courts of Kansas, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
