Wesley A. Weathers
Wesley focuses his practice on the handling of complex litigation, including product liability and toxic tort, business, commercial employment, civil rights, and construction matters. He has defended toxic cases, including many multiple plaintiff cases, as either trial counsel or national counsel in 28 states. His experience includes matters involving such toxic products as benzene, asbestos, diacetyl, various solvents, carbon monoxide, FIFRA products, and surfactants and his general products defense experience includes auto design defects.
